How the clinic uses Charted.
Velmora Health is a virtual-first practice with 60 clinicians licensed across 14 states. Visits are short and back to back, and every note needs the visit type and the patient's location for billing and licensing.
Charted records inside the video call, so clinicians don't need a phone next to the laptop. The patient sees the consent prompt on their own screen. The draft opens with the visit type, the patient's stated location and the recording consent record, followed by the clinical note. Velmora still collects its own telehealth consent at intake.
During the pilot, median time to a signed virtual visit note was 2 minutes, and 88% of notes were signed before the next video visit started. Velmora now uses Charted for video visits and phone follow-ups.
