How does the free pilot work?
You get 14 days of the Practice plan for up to 10 clinicians. We sign the BAA and set up your templates, and we don't ask for a card until you choose a plan.
Who counts as a clinician?
Anyone who records visits and signs notes, such as physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and therapists. Admin and reviewer seats are free.
How do you bill part-time clinicians and residents?
A clinician who records fewer than 40 visits in a month is billed at half price for that month. Residents and fellows get 50% off any plan.
Can we add or remove seats?
Yes, at any time from the admin dashboard. New seats are prorated. Removed seats stop billing at the end of the current cycle.
Is the BAA included on every plan?
Yes. Solo, Practice and Health system all include a signed business associate agreement at no extra cost.
Can we cancel or switch to annual billing?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end with the billing month. You can switch to annual whenever you like, and the 20% discount starts on the next invoice.
